OWNER & VISIONARY
My military career of 15 years and counting, has fostered my inherent confidence & dedication to my purpose, by instilling values of discipline & structure. I have lead teams of soldiers through the hostility of combat, tactfully navigated crisis negotiations, provided empathetic mentorship to struggling young soldiers, & more.
These skills crossover into my passion for business by making me exceptionally well suited to make decisions & lead our team in support of our goals. My team & family are my greatest motivation.
CREATIVE DIRECTOR
My natural curiosity, logical mind, & intrinsic caregiving, have lead me through a diverse career in sales, the hospitality industry, scientific research, & business development. This broad experience has armed me with a unique skill set to support our company's innovative expansion. My academic background in biology drives my systems based approach to business management & resident services. This allows me to have time for personal engagement & relationship development, which are elemental to our business goal.
